The Vapman heats from underneath the chamber, through a metal shield. The manufacturer recommends short, controlled passes with the flame rather than one long burn. Adjustment matters right here: a smaller flame gives you more time to react and a gentler, fuller flavour, a larger one starts the session faster. Butane is bought separately, any lighter brand will do. The cleaner the gas, the less often the nozzle clogs. When refilling, hold the lighter valve up and wait a moment before the first ignition, until the gas settles. Flame type
