With an output of only 11W or 16W, this device works best with the 0.8–1.2Ω XROS pods; lower-resistance pods are meant for higher-power XROS models. Heat is hard on pod kits. Do not leave the device in a parked car or in direct sun: high temperatures thin e-liquid, which can make pods leak, and they are bad for lithium batteries. Wipe the pod contacts now and then with a dry tissue, and if you see e-liquid in the pod bay, dry it before refitting the pod. Charge with a standard phone charger and unplug once the battery is full. Troubleshooting Burnt taste: the pod was not soaked long enough, or it has run dry. A burnt coil cannot be recovered, so fit a new pod and wait about five minutes after filling.
No vapour when drawing: check the battery, make sure the pod is seated firmly, and wipe the contacts dry.
Gurgling or e-liquid in the mouthpiece: the pod may be overfilled or the device was left in the heat. Blow gently through the mouthpiece with the pod removed, then store the device upright.
Pod leaking: check the fill cap is closed firmly and that the pod has no cracks. Replace a cracked pod. Why a Refillable Kit Instead of a Disposable?
A refillable pod kit costs more at the start, but a bottle of e-liquid and a replacement pod usually cost far less per day than buying disposables.
